These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Pips Window Cleaning. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Pips Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services as described through our communications, estimates, and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

All pricing will be provided prior to the start of any work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept various forms of payment, which may include cash, check, and major credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all service areas. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and identifying any potential hazards.

Any fragile, damaged, or sensitive areas must be communicated prior to service so appropriate care can be taken.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality service, Pips Window Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, or surrounding structures.

We are not liable for damage caused by conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to structural weaknesses, improperly installed windows, or unsafe property conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for completing the work.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
